As a high-end portrait studio, we limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create original art for our clients.

Because we block out our studio and reserve resources for every appointment, we collect a $200 reservation fee to ensure that we are booking serious and committed clients. The fee is fully refundable on the day of your session as long as you show for your appointment.

Rescheduling within 14 days of the appointment will result in a loss of the reservation fee. Reservation fees on appointments rescheduled with more than a 14-day notice are applied to the new appointment and will be refunded on the day of the appointment. The reservation fee is not refundable for permanently cancelled appointments.
